After autosana login:

Xcode Archive builds are for real devices and won’t run on the Simulator. Build for a Simulator destination instead.

What an upload does

Either way, the upload becomes your app’s active build, so runs that don’t pin a build use it. It also starts the app’s CI/CD automations, which can start flow runs.
